Sesame Chicken
My friend Whitney from Kick off those heel n' Cook had this amazing recipe on her blog for Sesame Chicken and I was dying to try it,. There were 1 or two things I changed or omitted but the end result so delicious. My family loved it and I will definitley be trying this recipe again.
Creamy Mushroom Chicken
I was going through my mom's recipe box the other night and I saw this recipe and I thought this recipe looked and sounded so delicious. This recipe is really good, creamy and very filling. This picture doesn't do it justice of how this recipe tastes. My family loved it.
Ranch Oven Fried Chicken
I saw this recipe on allrecipes.com because we had some drumsticks that needed to be cook. What I love about this recipe is it is oven baked so you don't get all of the fat from if you were frying, but you get that yummy crispness that everyone loves from fried chicken and the ranch gives it a nice subtle flavor. It was delicious, the only thing I changed about the recipe is I cooked it for 1 hour instead of 45 minutes, and instead of Cornflakes® (because we didn't have any) I used Corn Chex®Cereal and it turned out so good
Country Fried Chicken
I made this recipe on Friday night. It was really good. I got this recipe from one of my favorite people ever Whitney from Kick off those Heels n' Cook. You should really check out her recipe blog I have created SO many delicious recipes by her. Leave comments on recipes you have tried letting me know what you think.
Chicken Enchiladas
So this recipe came when I was CRAVING Chicken Enchiladas last week, but I didn't have all the ingredients I needed to make it, so when mom & I did our grocery shopping this weekend I got the rest of the ingredients I needed. I found this recipe on another one of my favorite go-to recipe blog. This fabulous girl Annie over at annies-eats.com has such fun recipes that I am all to willing to try. The only this different thing I did was I didn't use the jalepano because the rest of my family doesn't like that much heat, but if I had just been making this for myself then I would've added jalapeno, and I had to cook the chicken a little longer than she reccomended I think it has to do with more of the fact that my stove top isn't the best. The results of this recipe was DELICIOUS and is filling!
Rolled up Chicken Dinner
I made this for dinner last night. I saw it on a recipe blog (I ♥ recipe blogs can't you tell?) It was so delicious. Jenny Flake(the creator of this recipe) used panko bread crumbs but I didn't have panko so I used regular bread crumbs and it works just as well so don't stress if you don't have panko. Also this recipe seems like it can be versatile as well instead of mashed potatoes use rice....delish...Anyway this recipe was a success. Try it and let me know what you think!! Thanks Jenny. Cream Cheese Chicken
I tried this recipe the other day. It was really yummy and creamy, and simple too. You gotta love Crock Pot recipes, they make life so much easier. Photo and recipe courtesy of Kick off those heels n' Cook
Orange Chicken
I got this recipe from my friend's recipe blog. My friend Whitney has some incredible recipes on there. That are absolutely delicious!! Thanks Whitney...What I love about this recipe is it tastes just like Panda Express Orange Chicken. So if you like Panda Express Orange Chicken then you'll love this. This recipe has a lot of steps to it so it may seem a little intimidating but once you try it you'll be hooked.
Crock Pot Chicken Cordon Bleu
I saw this recipe on one of my favorite recipe sites that is run by one of my dear friend Whitney at Kick off those heels n' Cook. This recipe is SO delicious and SO easy. All you do is prepare it and cook it in a crock pot so simple. The only difference I did is I used honey roasted ham instead of smoked because that's all I had in the fridge.
