I made this for dinner tonight...because I knew that I was really the only one home tonight to actually cook dinner for the fam!! It was a really yummy recipe with so much cheesy goodness!!
Ingredients
o 1 cup Bisquick® Baking Mixo ¼ cup Cold Water (important it has to be cold for dough to mix properly)
o 1 pound Ground Beef
o ½ teaspoon salt
o ½ teaspoon ground oregano
o ¼ teaspoon pepper
o ½ cup dried bread crumbs
o 1 can (8 ounce) Tomato Sauce
o ¼ cup chopped onion
o ¼ cup green peppers
o 1 egg
o ¼ cup milk
o ½ teaspoon salt
o ½ teaspoons dry mustard
o 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
Dough directions
Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms; knead dough into a ball on floured surface. Roll dough so to form to bottom of a 9x1¼ inch pie pan. Be careful not to over knead the dough Mixture Directions
Cook ground beef and drain extra fat; Stir in salt, pepper, oregano, bread crumbs, tomato sauce; onion and green pepper; spread in pie crust. In a separate bowl beat egg and milk together add in remaining ingredients (salt, dry mustard and cheese) when well mixed spread over beef mixture.Baking Directions:
Bake in a Preheated 375 degree oven until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly (roughly 30 minutes) Let cool for about 5 minutes

ReplyDeleteyeah!! I've always really liked cooking...but it wasn't until recently that I've really REALLY gotten into cooking!! It's fun and relaxing for me!! This recipe is really easy..It's fool proof, there is no way anyone could mess this up!!
