Ranch Oven Fried Chicken

I saw this recipe on allrecipes.com because we had some drumsticks that needed to be cook. What I love about this recipe is it is oven baked so you don't get all of the fat from if you were frying, but you get that yummy crispness that everyone loves from fried chicken and the ranch gives it a nice subtle flavor. It was delicious, the only thing I changed about the recipe is I cooked it for 1 hour instead of 45 minutes, and instead of Cornflakes® (because we didn't have any) I used Corn Chex®Cereal and it turned out so good

Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks and thighs
2/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2/3 Cups Cornflakes® Cereal *but like I said I used Corn Chex® Cereal
½  Package of Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
½ Cup Melted Butter (1 stick)

Directions
In a medium Bowl combine Parmesan Cheese, Cornflakes, and Ranch Dressing mix until combined
Dip Chicken into melted butter and then into coating mixture
Place Chicken in a greased 9x13 pan
Bake in a preheated 375 F. oven until juices run clear and chicken is golden brown and crispy around 45 minutes to 1 hour.
