I was going through my mom's recipe box the other night and I saw this recipe and I thought this recipe looked and sounded so delicious. This recipe is really good, creamy and very filling. This picture doesn't do it justice of how this recipe tastes. My family loved it.
Ingredients
- 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 5 cups cooked chicken or turkey, diced
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
Prep directions
In a mixing bowl combine soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, corn, parmesan cheese, and chicken. Mix well. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
Baking Directions:
Bake in a preheated 325 F. oven for 25-30 minutes or until top is bubbling and golden brown
